Please read carefully before booking. Booking an appointment means you agree to the policies below.

- Deposits

A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure every appointment.

- Cancellations

Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.

- Late Arrivals & No-Shows

If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will have to reschedule your appointment. Deposits are not refundable.

- Payments

We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle. All payments are due before services begin. Pre-approved clients may use medical insurance or HSA/FSA cards upon approval. All payments are non-refundable.

- Guests

Please do not bring additional guests. We respect every client's privacy and keep our space peaceful.

- Urgent Services

Same-day appointments may be available but are not guaranteed. Please call to schedule. A $25 additional fee applies.

​

- Weaves

All Weave services require an in-person consultation. The consultation fee will be applied to the final price.
